01Who we are

FOREIGN by Stetz (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a clothing brand run by Cristian Stetco, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom, trading as FOREIGN by Stetz.

02These terms

These terms apply to every order you place on this website. Please read them before you buy. By placing an order you agree to them. Our Returns Policy and Privacy Policy also apply.

These terms are for consumers buying for personal use. If you're buying for a business, please contact us first.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order is the one that applies to it.

03Our products

• Colours: we photograph and render our products as accurately as we can, but colours vary between screens. The 3D and illustrated previews on the site are a guide, not an exact picture of the finished garment.
• Sizing: measurements are approximate and can vary slightly, by around 2–3 cm, between pieces. Our tees are a Gildan 5000 with a classic unisex fit. If you're between sizes, email us and we'll help.
• Print: some designs use a deliberately distressed or worn print effect. That's part of the design, not a fault.
• Limited runs: drops are made in limited numbers and may sell out. Showing an item on the site doesn't guarantee it's in stock.
• Care: follow the care label. Damage caused by not following it isn't a fault.

04Prices & payment

• All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added.
• Delivery costs are shown before you pay, and the total you see at checkout is the total you pay.
• Prices shown in other currencies (for example on the globe) are estimates for guidance only. You'll always be charged in GBP. Your bank may apply its own exchange rate or fees.
• Payments are handled securely by our payment provider, Shopify Payments. We never see or store your full card details.
• If we've made an obvious pricing mistake, we'll contact you before dispatch. You can then pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

05Your order

When you place an order, you'll get an email confirming we've received it. That isn't acceptance yet. Our contract with you starts when we email to say your order has been dispatched.

We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item has sold out, there's a pricing error, or we suspect fraud. If that happens, we'll tell you and refund anything you've paid in full.

Our pieces are printed to order by our production partner, Printful. Please allow 2–5 working days for printing before your order is dispatched.

06Delivery

• Delivery is calculated in your bag before you check out, so the total you see is the total you pay. Times shown are after dispatch and don’t include the 2–5 working days for printing.
• Orders are shipped by Printful’s delivery partners (for example Royal Mail or DPD in the UK), with tracking where available.
• Delivery times are estimates. We're not responsible for courier delays outside our control, but we'll help chase any parcel that's late.
• The item becomes your responsibility once it's delivered to the address you gave us, or to someone you've nominated. Please double-check your address at checkout.
• If an order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the estimated date, contact us. We'll investigate and send a replacement or refund.
• Outside the UK: your country may charge import duties, taxes or customs fees when the parcel arrives. These are set by your local customs, aren't included in our prices, and are your responsibility. If you refuse to pay them and the parcel comes back to us, we'll refund the item price minus the delivery and return costs.

07Returns & faulty items

You can change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order, and you have extra rights if something is faulty. Everything is explained in our Returns Policy.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Nothing in these terms affects those rights. For more detail, contact Citizens Advice.

08Our liability

If we break these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that was a foreseeable result of that, up to the price you paid for the order. We're not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses.

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

09Our designs

The FOREIGN by Stetz name, logo, artwork, designs, photos, text and the website itself are owned by us or licensed to us. Buying a product gives you the garment, not the right to copy, reprint or sell the designs. Please don't reproduce them without our written permission.

10Letters

The letter feature currently saves a short foreign moment only in the browser on the device where it is entered. It is not sent to us, published or shared with other visitors.

• Anyone with access to the same browser profile on that device may be able to see the saved writing. Avoid entering private information.
• To remove saved writing, clear this site's local storage in your browser settings.
• The stories shown in the reader are curated sample content, not messages submitted by visitors.

11Using the website

• We try to keep the site accurate and working, but it's provided “as is”. We can't promise it will always be available or error-free.
• Figures shown for fun, such as sales counts by country, are illustrative and may not be exact.
• Links to other websites (like TikTok) are there for convenience. We're not responsible for their content.
• Please don't misuse the site, for example by trying to hack it, scrape it or overload it.

12Other important terms

• Events outside our control: if something beyond our reasonable control delays your order, such as a courier strike or extreme weather, we'll let you know. If the delay is long, you can cancel for a refund.
• Transfer: we may transfer our rights under these terms to another business, but this won't reduce your rights.
• Severability: if a court decides part of these terms is invalid, the rest still applies.
• Law: these terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts there. If you live elsewhere, you may also have the protection of the mandatory consumer laws where you live.
• Disputes: if you're unhappy, please email us first and we'll try to sort it out.
