- Checkout is hosted by Shopify. Order details are shared with Printful so it can fulfil your purchase.
- We never sell your data. Card payments are handled by our payment provider, and we never see your card number.
- No tracking or advertising cookies. Your bag and anything you write in the letter feature stay in your browser.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time.

FOREIGN by Stetz is run by Cristian Stetco, a sole trader in the United Kingdom. We are the “controller” of your personal data under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

02What we collect
When you buy
Your name, email, delivery and billing address, phone number (for the courier), what you ordered, and payment status. Your card details go straight to our payment provider. We don't see or store them.
When you contact us
Your email address and anything you include in your message.
When you write in the letter feature
Your message, optional name, chosen country and time are saved in local storage in the browser on your device. They are not sent to us or shared with other visitors.
When you browse
Like all websites, the servers that deliver this site receive basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We don't use this to build a profile of you.
Your location: the site guesses roughly where you are (to show how far a letter has travelled) using your device's time-zone setting. That guess happens inside your browser and is never sent to us. We don't ask for, or use, your precise location.

We don't make automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.
04Letters
The letter feature currently saves writing only in local storage in the browser on the device where it was entered. It is not sent to us, published, reviewed or shared with other visitors. Anyone with access to that browser profile may be able to see the saved writing. Clear this site's local storage in your browser to remove it.
06International transfers
Some of our providers are based in, or store data in, countries outside the UK, such as the United States or the EU. When that happens, we make sure your data is protected by the safeguards UK law requires. These include UK adequacy regulations (including the UK–US “data bridge”), or the International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum. Contact us if you'd like more detail.
07How long we keep it

09Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you
- have it corrected if it's wrong
- have it deleted, where we don't need to keep it
- restrict or object to how we use it
- move it to another provider (data portability)
- withdraw consent where we rely on your consent to process personal data

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
10Security
The website is served over HTTPS. The storefront sends product and cart requests to Shopify and redirects buyers to Shopify's hosted checkout. We do not receive card details through this website. Shopify shares order information with Printful to fulfil purchases. The letter feature does not send writing to our servers.
Our shop isn't aimed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
